We would like to congratulate Nigel Stainer for being awarded the “Volunteer of the Year” – 2024 Camp Hill Carina Welfare Association.

Many of you would know Nigel as the President of the Southern Districts Basketball Association. He is also a Director of the Carina Leagues Club and a member of the communities sub-committee, liaising with schools, clubs, sportspeople and charities seeking support from the club.

Nigel has also coached basketball teams at both club and representative levels for over 15 years. Nigel spends many hours contributing to our Clem Jones Centre community. It has not gone unnoticed that Nigel turns up to game days, award presentations and meetings to provide service to the community.
