This Privacy Policy does not apply to acts and practices which relate directly to the employee records of current and former employees.

The type of personal information we collect includes name, address, telephone number, email address, occupation, date of birth, photographs and other details that may be required to conduct the operations of Clem Jones Centre. In some limited circumstances, we may collect sensitive information, including health information.
We use third party payment processors, namely Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd trading as Stripe for online payments and Payrix Australia Pty Ltd trading as Worldpay for Platforms for direct debit payments, to manage payments made to us.
In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not collect, store or process any payment information, such as credit card and bank account details. All such information is provided directly to our third party payment processor, whose use of your personal information is governed by their own Privacy Policy. We share only necessary transaction data with our payment processors to complete your payment.

We may use and disclose personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected. We may also use or disclose personal information for reasonably expected secondary purposes which are related to the primary purpose and in other circumstances authorised by law.
