Thinking of holding your Child’s Birthday Party at the Clem Jones Centre?

Birthday parties

We have two options available to suit a variety of needs, please see below:

INFLATABLE PARTY

  • Reservation of the party area for the afternoon session (1:00pm - 4:00pm).
  • Access to the 50M pool and children's novelty pool.
  • Access to the Body and Mind Cafe's catering menu.
  • Exclusive access to the inflatable obstacle course for a 2-hour window within the party booking period.
  • Provision of 2x qualified pool lifeguards for a 3-hour period, with the first half hour and last half hour spent setting up and packing up the inflatable obstacle course.
  • Provision of wristbands to help identify party guests with access to the inflatable obstacle course.

Information and Costs:

  • Inflatable parties can be hosted in the afternoon timeslot only.
  • The minimum cost for an inflatable party is $180, and this amount must be paid as a non-refundable deposit in order to secure a booking.
  • With the $180 deposit paid, the additional cost on the day will be:
  • $10 per person under the age of 14 (this includes inflatable access).
  • $6 per person over the age of 14 (not permitted on the inflatable)

NON-INFLATABLE PARTY

  • Reservation of the party area for the chosen session (9:00am - 12:00pm or 1:00pm - 4:00pm)
  • Access to the 50M pool and children's novelty pool.
  • Access to the Body and Mind Cafe's catering menu.

Information and Costs:

  • The minimum cost of a non-inflatable party is $120, and this amount must be paid as a non-refundable deposit in order to secure a booking.
  • The total cost of the party shall be the greater of $120, or $6 per guest attending (less the $120 deposit).

Terms & Conditions

  • All deposits are non-refundable. Parties can be rebooked, when necessary, pending availability.
  • Party guest fees apply to all attendants, even if they do not use the pool facilities.
  • On the day of your event, we ask that you provide a guest list.
  • The Clem Jones Centre has a strict no glass, no alcohol and no commercial food policy. Any eskies or containers entering the Centre on the day of your party will be checked to confirm that there is no glass, no alcohol, and no commercial food.
  • The Clem Jones Centre is a smoke free environment-this includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
  • Catering is available from the Body and Mind Cafe. Catering menus are available at the Clem Jones Centre reception; however all catering is to be organised directly with Body and Mind Cafe and the Clem Jones Centre accepts no responsibility for catering issues.
