LesMills BODYPUMP & BODYPUMP EXPRESS
BODYPUMP™ is a motivating, full-body strength workout using barbells and weight plates. Through high-repetition, low-to-moderate weight training, you’ll build strength, tone muscle, and improve overall fitness in a fun, music-driven group environment suitable for all fitness levels.
BODYPUMP Express is a 45-minute version designed for those who want the full BODYPUMP experience in less time.
LesMills RPM CYCLE
RPM™ is a motivating indoor cycling class that combines endurance riding, hill climbs, and interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and leg strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.
CYCLE
