Community Gym
The Terry Mackenroth Community Gym is a state of the art facility designed to provide you with a comprehensive fitness experience in a healthy, spacious environment. The gym is broken into the following rooms providing plenty of space for all fitness levels.

Strength Room
Our Community gym contains state of the art equipment with both pin and plate loaded machines, 4 lifting platforms, smith machine, multiple cable rigs, free weights and dumbbell area. We also run strength based classes in this area.

The Air Deck
The Air Deck is our stunning and spacious indoor/outdoor training zone. The Air Deck doors open allowing beautiful breezes and views of the Clem Jones Centre grounds. Classes including HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and TRX are held in this beautiful space. Also in this space we have a fully functional equipment training rig, rowers, ski ergs and assault bikes.

A dedicated space to stretch, workout and focus on your core exercises in a calm and comfortable environment. Fully equipped with balance and stability gear, dumbbells, kettlebells, mats, foam rollers and fitballs, everything you need for a complete functional training session is right at your fingertips.
