Coach

Ken Baldwin

With over 35 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring extensive expertise in both Group Fitness and Personal Training. In addition, I have a strong background as a Physical Training Instructor in the Air Force, where I served for more than 20 years. During that time, I focused on getting people fit and functional so they could deploy effectively.

My motto is simple: Be Strong, Be Functional and Be the best you can be!

Throughout my career, I have reached several highs, including training Olympic medal holders and top sporting teams. Moreover, I was honoured with induction into the Australian Fitness Association’s Role of Honour for Services to the Fitness Industry.

Although I have achieved many milestones, I primarily identify as a coach. My role is to guide you toward where you need and want to be. Therefore, I always base my training approach on Movement First for Function and Longevity.

In particular, I specialize in training individuals who need improved function and balance, especially those in the later stages of life who aim for better longevity. As a result, you will often see me coaching group fitness sessions in Cycle, Aqua, and Active Moves classes.

Ultimately, my philosophy remains: Move Better, Feel Better, Live Longer!
