Junior Squad

A friendly bridge from Learn to Swim into squad swimming. Junior Squad focuses on stroke technique, confidence, endurance and building strong foundations in a fun and encouraging environment.

Intermediate Squad

For swimmers ready to progress their training and develop stronger skills across all four competitive strokes. Intermediate Squad introduces racing skills, starts, turns, finishes and greater endurance while keeping sessions positive and enjoyable.

Senior Squad

Our highest squad level for swimmers committed to regular training and competitive improvement. Senior Squad focuses on performance, endurance, speed, race skills and ongoing technical development under the guidance of our Head Coach.

Teen Fit Squad

A non-competitive squad for teens aged 13–17 who enjoy swimming for fitness, health and fun. Sessions are coach-led and focus on technique, endurance and confidence in a relaxed and supportive group environment.

HEAD SWIM COACH

Brian leads the Clem Jones Swim Squad program, supporting swimmers as they progress from early squad development through to competitive performance. His coaching focuses on strong technique, consistency, confidence and helping swimmers enjoy the process of improving in the water.

SQUAD COACH

Alex supports swimmers across the squad program with a positive and encouraging coaching style. He focuses on helping swimmers improve their technique, fitness, and confidence while creating engaging, enjoyable sessions that keep athletes motivated and progressing.
