The Terry Mackenroth Gym is a state of the art facility designed to provide you with a comprehensive fitness experience in a healthy, spacious environment. The gym is broken into the following rooms providing plenty of space for all fitness levels.

Strength Room

Our Community gym contains state of the art equipment with both pin and plate loaded machines, 4 lifting platforms, smith machine, multiple cable rigs, free weights and dumbbell area. We also run strength based classes in this area.

Cardio Room

The cardio room houses a large number of the very latest in cardio equipment including treadmills, Cross trainers, stepmills, rowers, exercise bikes and Pilates reformers.

Studio One and Two

These gorgeous studio rooms can open into one large space and host many of our group fitness classes. Boxing fitness, Zumba, Les Mills Body Pump, Pilates and sessions for Seniors are some of the many classes held in these well-equipped studios.

The Air Deck

The Air Deck is our stunning and spacious indoor/outdoor training zone. The Air Deck doors open allowing beautiful breezes and views of the Clem Jones Centre grounds. Classes including HIIT, Pilates, Yoga and TRX are held in this beautiful space. Also in this space we have a fully functional equipment training rig, rowers, ski ergs and assault bikes.

The Velodrome

Dedicated cycle room. The magnificent “Tour de France” inspired mural will motivate you to ride to greater heights every class.

The Cave

The Cave is a unique space containing a functional training circuit and purpose built transverse Rock climbing wall.

The Core Room

A space to stretch, workout and do your core exercises. Equipped balance and stability gear, dumbbells, kettlebells, matts, foam rollers and fitballs.
